Kensington Driving School
The practical driving test is a huge step for anyone learning to drive with a Kensington driving school. If you pass your test, you’ll have a full UK driving licence which will mean you have the freedom and independence to drive anywhere you want, any time. This means it’s really important to be as prepared as you can for your driving test, to increase your chances of passing it.
Tips to help you pass your test
- practice makes perfect: to really get yourself ready, try to have plenty of practice driving time accompanied by a family member or friend in between your Kensington driving school lessons. Make sure you’re covered on the insurance policy of any car you use for this.
- check your areas of weakness: ask your Kensington driving school instructors which areas or manoeuvres you need to run through more times in order to be ready for your test. Be sure to practise these in your own time too.
- take a mock test: many Kensington driving schools will offer mock tests in the W8 area. In this scenario, your driving instructor will act as though they’re an examiner and your lesson will take the format you can expect from your driving test. This will help you get used to the format, as well as giving you valuable extra practice.
