Clapham Common Driving School
Taking your driving test for the first time can be an extremely nerve-wracking experience, no matter how well your Clapham Common Driving School has prepared you. It’s normal to be nervous, but there are things you can do to help yourself prepare for what lies ahead in your SW12 driving test.
Here are some tips to help you increase your chances of passing your driving test first time:
- take every opportunity to practise – you will learn all the manoeuvres and techniques you need to know in your Clapham Common driving school lessons, but if you can go out in a car with someone to practise in your own time, you’ll become more confident for your test
- watch what happens on the road when you’re a passenger – by observing real-life situations on the road in and around the SW12 area, you can test yourself on how you’d react if you were in the driving seat. If you’re not sure about something you see, discuss it with your instructor at your next Clapham Common driving school lesson
- ask your Clapham Common driving school instructor for a mock test – this will help you prepare for how your real driving test will feel, as well as showing you areas of weakness where you need more practice
